Andy Dallas, PharmD – Owner & Pharmacist

Andy Dallas has been a pharmacist at Baker Drug since 2012 and owner since 2022. He is continuing the store’s long-standing tradition of serving the Conway community like family. He grew up in Faulkner County and attended the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). Andy began his pharmacy career in 2004 after graduating from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) with his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Before joining Baker Drug Store, Andy gained valuable experience working in various retail pharmacies, where he developed a passion for patient care.

As a member of the Arkansas Pharmacist Association, Andy stays dedicated to providing the highest level of service and care to his patients. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is helping patients find the best medication plans that meet their healthcare needs while also saving them money. He believes that personalized care and education are essential to improving health outcomes for his community.

Outside of the pharmacy, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their two daughters. Whether he’s at the store or at home, Andy’s heart for serving others is at the core of everything he does. He’s grateful to be part of the Baker Drug Store family and looks forward to continuing to care for Conway and the surrounding communities.

Scott Allison, PharmD – Owner & Pharmacist

Scott Allison has been a pharmacist at Baker Drug since 2020 and an owner since 2022. He brought his passion for patient care and community service to Conway. He was raised in Conway and attended the University of Central Arkansas. Scott earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2004 and has been dedicated to serving patients ever since.

As a member of the Arkansas Pharmacist Association, Scott is committed to staying informed about the latest advancements in pharmacy care. Helping patients manage their medications effectively so they can feel their best every day is the most rewarding part of his job. He believes that building relationships and providing personalized care are key to improving the health and well-being of his community.

Scott is proud to work alongside the team at Baker Drug Store, where treating customers like family has always been a top priority. Outside of the pharmacy, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Misty, and their four sons. Whether he’s helping a patient understand their medication or coaching his kids’ sports teams, Scott’s heart for service is always at the forefront of his life.
